When Lauren proved that she could eat all of her meals with the bottle and not use the tube in her nose at all the doctor told us it was time to "room-in" and get to know her before they sent us home with a preemie. The nurse, Blossom, showed us how to give her a sponge bath and keep her warm at the same time. Needless to say, we were up every 3 hours, but we were glad to have her in the room with us and really ready to take her home.
