Lauren is 13 months!

Lauren can stand up and play with her walker. She's not quite walking on her own yet, but I know it's not far away.

LJ has a little learning to do when it comes to drinking from a cup.

"H-o"
Can you see that little tooth on the bottom starting to come up?

Jones 4th of July weekend 2009

Earlier in the summer there had been a tornado on Lake Brownwood that had done lots of damage. When it came though, it tore the old boat dock into shreds. These are some pictures of the new boat dock floating over and being installed. We would sit and watch them all day long. Those men worked hard on the 3rd so that we could have a dock by the 4th when all the family came.

Grandpa Charlie making homemade ice cream. Yum!

Oh how thankful we are to have family! We had a big Jones family reunion at Lake Brownwood this summer. We finally got to all come together for lots of laughs, fun, and pictures. There was good food and fireworks. We had fun out in the boat. Lauren got to take her first boat ride. She was asleep by the time we got out. Chris smoked lots of meat for us then we got to top it all off with homemade ice cream and cake. We had a great time and I can't wait to see everyone in 2010!

On Saturday night, we had a party-on-the-patio at Sedona Grill and Cantina. It was really good to see my classmates from high school for another night and without kids. :) We all had a great time catching up on old memories. Everyone agreed that we need to do this again in another 5 years. Who is volunteering to plan the next reunion??? Any takers???
As class president it was my duty to plan the 10-year, but I don't think that responsibility carries on, does it? I had lots of fun planning! I hope everyone had a great time. For those of you that didn't get to attend, we missed you and we hope we will get to see you at the next one.
